"Is it safe?" is the right first question for any crypto service. Coinchain is designed as a non-custodial instant exchange: we facilitate swaps between assets you already control, rather than holding your long-term balance like a traditional exchange.

What non-custodial means here

When you swap, you send crypto to an order-specific deposit address for the duration of that transaction. Coinchain does not ask for your wallet seed phrase and does not offer generic "account balances" you leave on platform for months.

Operational security

  • TLS encryption on all public endpoints

  • Rate limiting and bot protection on sensitive flows

  • Monitoring for anomalous deposit patterns

  • Segregation between customer-facing apps and liquidity routing

Compliance without over-collecting

Coinchain applies AML and sanctions screening where required by policy and jurisdiction. That does not mean we copy every centralized exchange KYC playbook — read our AML policy for current rules on limits, flagged addresses, and supported regions.

Your responsibility

Safety is shared: verify addresses on your device, test with small amounts, and bookmark coinchain.exchange to avoid phishing clones. Coinchain staff will never ask for your seed phrase.
